Ես գործից դուրս եկա, պետք է զբաղվեմ իմ նախագծերի զարգացմամբ։ Այսօր խոսենք դրանցից մեկի մասին։
Եվ ահա, մենք ունենք արդեն մեր թիմը։ Մենեջեր, ծրագրավորողներ ու ես։
Թիմի/ընկերության անունը powered-by.love. Սրա պատմությունը մի այլ օր կպատմեմ։
Ինչով ա՞ այս ընկերությունը տարբերվում մնացածից
Չգիտեմ ինչով ա տարբերվում, բայց կիսվեմ արժեհամակարգով՝
- Ընկերությունը ընտանիք չէ, և խանդոտ չէ։
- Թիմը, ընկերությունը համայնք է։
- Թիմը չպիտի շատ մեծանա։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ ընկերությունը ամենաշատը կարող է ունենալ 30 մարդ, էն էլ, եթե շատ հզոր նախագծեր ունենանք։
- Ամեն մարդ կարևոր է։ Աշխատակիցների կարծիքը հաշվի է առնվում։
- Բոլոր աշխատակիցները տիրապետում են (owning) ընկերության տարբեր հատվածներ, ամեն մարդ գիտի, որ ընկերությունը իրենն է։
- Փաստաթղթավորումը (դոկումենտացիա) շատ կարևոր է։ Ով փաստաթղթավորում է, նա էլ որոշում է կայացնում։
- Աշխատելու ենք ամեն գնով խոստումները չդրժել։
Բա առավելությունները՞
Դեռ շատ բյուջե չունեմ բայց ուզում եմ, որ ամեն մարդ քանի աշխատում է ընկերությունում իսկապես տիրապետի նրան։
Թերևս ամեն նախագծի շահությթի 10 տոկոսը բաշխվելու է ամեն մարդու միջև, ով աշխատել է այդ պրոյեկտի վրա։ Երբ մեծեանանք գուցե ավելի լավ ձև մտածենք, բայց դե հիմքը չի փոխվելու։

Այս պահին փորձում ենք գրանցել US ընկերություն, որպիսզի կարողանանք նախագծերից գումար ստանալ Stripe֊ով։
