🔙 ..ՈՄԱ Քեմփ - Ամենալավ արձակուրդ ⛺️
Վերջերս գնացի 10 օրյա ՈՄԱ արշավ։ Եթե կարճ՝ ընտիր փորձառություն ա ու ալտերնատիվ հանգստի ձև։ Հաստատ էլի կգնամ։
Տպավորություններս
Սա գժական հնարավորություն ա բոլորի համար, անկախ տարիքից ու սեռից։ Դժվար ա, բայց դե հեշտի համար չենք գնում։
Չնայած ֆիզիկապես հետշտ չէր, բայց շատ լավ հանգստացա, մտքերս կարգի բերեցի։ Վաղուց այսպես չէի հանգստացել։ Քննարկումներից հասկացա, որ վաղուց այսքան պլանավորված չէի ապրել ու որոշում կայացնելուց չէի հանգստացել։ Եթե դուք նման մարդ եք, ապա սա կարող է լինել ճիշտ փորձառություն հենց ձեր համար։ Չգիտեմ ոնց ցույց տամ ոգևորվածությունս ճիշտ հանգիստ գտնելու կապակցությամբ։
Ծանոթացա ընտիր մարդկանց հետ ում արժեհամակարգը նախանձելի է։
✈️ Անգամ արտասահմանից հայրենակիցներ էին եկել, քեմփին մասնակցելու համար։
Տևողությունը՝ մոտ 10 օր։ Պայմանները՝ չնայած շենքում էինք մնում, բավականին վայրի էին՝ առանց սովոր սանհանգույցի և բաղնիքի🚿։ Հիգիենան ահագին երևակայություն և ջանք էր պահանջում։ Ձմեռային քեմփը դաժան պիտի լինի երևի։
Հավելյալ էքստրիմի համար ես քնում էի չջեռուցվող սենյակում։ Կոշիկներս ցրտից սառցակալել էին իմ ննջասենյակում։
Հետևություններ ըստ առաջնահերթությունների
- Ամենակարևորը կոշիկն 🥾 է որով կարող ես երկար քայլել։ Չգնեք կոշիկ ու միանգամից գնաք, մի քիչ հագեք նոր։
- Անգամ չթրջվող կոշիկները թրջվում են։ Մի մտեք ջրերի մեջ։ 🏄🏻
- Լավ արշավային գուլպաները կտաքացնեն ձեր ոտքերը քայլելուց և կօգնեն վերացնել քրտինքը։ Վերջիններս լավ թանկ արժեն ի դեպ։
- Լավ քնապարկը շատ կարևոր է։ Ես գնել էի Նատոյի օգտագործված քնապարկ ebay֊ից, իրեն ընտիր դրվսևորեց։
- Ձեռքի քիմիական տաքացուցիչները հաճելի բոնուս կարող են լինել։(hothands)
- Անձեռոցիկներ և թաց անձեռոցիկներ։
- Ֆիզ պատրաստությունը պետք է լինի անընդհատ, դա երբեք ավելորդ չի լինում։
- Կողմնացույց և ձեռքի ժամացույց։
