Ignoring Soft Skills Is a Big Mistake 🍦

Hard skills are essential in work, you cannot build anything without them.

But we can’t ignore soft skills forever. Ignoring it fires back and it’s painful.

Without feedback and communication, for example, people feel undervalued, stacked, and thus unmotivated.

So we better start acting sooner.
