Stress Makes Us Move ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป

Stress is a normal reaction to change.

My interpretation of what Gabor Matรฉ says is that if your organism feels stress you need to act on it, and the best strategy is moving.

I’m meeting people, discussing opportunities and noticing patterns, acting on them. This is my strategy at the moment, also I will try to boost my LinkedIn so I can find some new clients for my consultancy.

Walking introduces more oxygen to your brain, which helps with mitigating stress and coming up with new ideas.
